I am sure you have heard all about the benefits of Pinterest in terms of growing your website traffic but did you know that you can also use Pinterest as a tool for growing your email list as well? Today I’m dishing all about how you can use Pinterest to explode your email list and start reaching your target audience in a jiffy.

Pinterest has been one of the biggest game changers for my blog and business. Find out how to use Pinterest to explode your email list today.

How to Use Pinterest to Explode Your Email List

Figure out your niche

First things first, you need to nail down your niche. There is room for nearly everyone on Pinterest but of course, certain niches work better on the platform. Some of the highest performing niches on Pinterest are home decor, crafts, food, travel, and more.

Optimize your Pinterest profile

Once you have decided on your niche then it’s time to optimize your Pinterest profile to maximize your chances of getting your content seen by more people. I have a whole post on how to do this so if you’re just getting started on Pinterest, you’ll want to check that one out before proceeding any further.

Join relevant group boards

Group boards are what will help you get your content shared across Pinterest. It is essential to join relevant group boards and share your pins to them so that you can start growing your email list.

Use a pin scheduler

A pin scheduler will help you spread your content far and wide without having to spend all of your time on Pinterest. I use a combination of both Boardbooster and Tailwind  to automate my pinning strategy.

Promote your freebies

You can easily grow your email list with Pinterest by creating graphics that lead to an opt-in for a freebie of yours. You can create multiple different graphics leading to the same opt-in so you have more of a chance to reach different people on Pinterest.
